Grover Lee doesn't take anything seriously, especially not his college theater class, or his tryhard classmate Thomas Macaday. But when the hottest girl in class tells Grover she only dates serious actors, he realises he's gonna need Thomas's help to put on a good enough performance to impress her. 

Oh, and one more problem: they've both been cast as girls.
